Each user can only view their own chats. To share a chat with your team, use the share feature. This converts the chat to "Shared" status. Any logged-in user can then access the chat through the direct link or the shared chats tab. Only the chat creator can add follow-up messages to shared chats. Viewers cannot edit them. You can always come back, and revert a shared chat to a private one.
